Investing in People, Ideas, and Cultural Innovation

EGP Holdings

Contemporary workspace, architectural and quiet

Established in 2025 to open access to European luxury goods for the American market

Everything since has come from that.

Clients wanted the access and then wanted to know what to do with it, which made us consultants. The commercial positions we built kept meeting systems that could not carry them, which made us builders. EGP Technology Group came out of that and now stands on its own.

Import specialists alongside commerce engineers is an unusual combination and the reason any of it works. Trade knowledge encoded into software by people who have cleared customs.

People

Trade is a relationship business. Terms matter, and the relationship determines whether the terms hold in a difficult season.

Ideas

We are interested in businesses trying to become something rather than businesses holding position.

Cultural innovation

Our sources carry something forward, a technique, a name, a regional tradition, and adapt it to a market that did not exist when the tradition started.

What we practice

Three disciplines, and most engagements draw on more than one. Which ones, and in what order, is what the early conversations settle.

Import and export

Import and Export

Sourcing, terms, and the movement of goods. Classification and duty exposure, origin documentation, freight and consolidation, and the customs work that decides whether a program is profitable before anything is sold.

The people here have cleared entries. That is the difference between advice and a shipment that arrives.

Business operations

Business Operations

What the product is supposed to do once it lands. Assortment against the floor, pricing against landed cost, channel and territory, replenishment against real sell-through, and the process changes that make growth survivable.

Most of what slows a business down is a process nobody chose. Finding it is the early work.

Technology services

Technology Services

Catalog and product data, asset pipelines, channel feeds, and the integrations that connect them to what a business already runs. Carried by EGP Technology Group.

Built under load, and shared with the other two rather than sold alongside them.

On both sides of the Atlantic

EGP is present at both ends of the crossing. Consultants and operators in Europe work with sources and manufacturers; consultants and operators in the United States work with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce businesses. Both run on the same platform, and the work moves across without changing hands.

Most cross-border programs lose something at a handoff, between the sourcing agent, the broker, the agency, and whoever was meant to make the systems talk. We do not hand off.
