The company
EGP Holdings is an import and export practice with a technology company inside it. Established in 2025, we work with makers abroad, the importers who bring their work in, and the retailers who sell it here.
Some move goods through us. We find and curate work that has not yet reached the American market, place it with retailers, or carry it ourselves as a wholesale distributor. Many do not, and come to us for what we know and what we build: trade expertise, operational strategy, and the systems that commercialize it.
Clients wanted the access and then wanted to know what to do with it, which made us consultants. The commercial positions we built kept meeting systems that could not carry them, which made us builders. EGP Technology Group came from that and now stands on its own.
Import specialists alongside commerce engineers is an unusual combination, and the reason the work holds. Trade knowledge encoded into software by people who have cleared customs.
What we hold to
We go to the businesses we work with. Workshops abroad, warehouses and floors here. A business is understood in the place it runs, through the people who run it.
We tell clients what we see, including when the answer is harder than expected. Where another party would serve better, we say so.
And we hold to what a business stands for: the standard a maker will not compromise, the reason a retailer chose a line. The work carries that forward rather than smoothing it over.

We are interested in businesses becoming something, on either side of the trade, and in the systems that let them get there.
Cultural innovation
Makers carry something forward, a technique, a name, a regional tradition, and adapt it to a market that did not exist when the tradition began. Import and export make that possible, and technology makes it hold at scale.

We practice three disciplines: import and export, operations and commercialization, and technology. Most engagements draw on more than one, and evaluation sets the scope.
Import and Export
Sourcing, terms, and the movement of goods. Classification and duty exposure, origin documentation, freight and consolidation, and the customs work that decides whether a program performs before anything is sold.
The people here have cleared entries. That is the difference between advice and a shipment that arrives.
Business Operations
What the product is meant to do once it lands. Assortment against the floor, positioning, channel and territory, replenishment against real sell-through, and the financial considerations that govern all of it.
Most of what limits a business is a process nobody chose. Bringing that to light is the early work.
Technology Services
Data platforms, marketing and logistics tools, and the management of digital assets, connected to what a business already runs. Carried by EGP Technology Group.

One team, one platform
EGP is present across international markets. Consultants and operators abroad work with makers and manufacturers; consultants and operators in the United States work with importers, retailers, distributors, and e-commerce businesses. Both run on the same platform, and the work moves between them without changing hands.
That continuity is what matters. Most cross-border programs lose something at a handoff, between the sourcing agent, the broker, the agency, and whoever was meant to make the systems talk. One team and one platform carry the work end to end.
