Everything here exists because we needed it.
The catalog layer, the pipelines, the integrations. None of it was built to be sold. It was built because we were importing goods and the tools to commercialize them properly did not exist.
It works because it was built under load.
A data position before a marketing position
Sizing conventions that do not map. Materials described in another language and another regulatory vocabulary. Imagery shot for a European catalog and unusable in an American feed. Provenance that matters enormously to the customer and appears nowhere in the product record.
And increasingly, a customs exposure living in that same record. Classification, origin, and material description that now have to be right on every shipment.
Off-the-shelf systems assume clean data arrives from somewhere. In this trade it does not.
The catalog is the source of truth
A proprietary catalog layer built for cross-border assortments. Structured taxonomy and attribution, multi-language source handling, unit and sizing normalization, materials and compliance attributes carried as first-class data, and provenance held alongside the product rather than in a marketing document.
Everything downstream derives from it, which means a correction is made once.

Asset pipelines
Ingestion of source photography and video, automated derivative generation to channel specification, rights and usage tracking by territory, and organized distribution to the teams and systems that need assets.
Distribution and feeds
Product feeds to paid and organic social, marketplace syndication, retailer-ready linesheets generated from live catalog data. When a price, an image, or an availability status changes, it changes everywhere.
Integration
Commerce platforms, ERP and inventory, wholesale and B2B marketplaces, logistics and warehouse, email and CRM, analytics and attribution.

Analytics
Sell-through by channel and by SKU. Margin measured against the full cost of arrival. Assortment performance, replenishment signal, and channel attribution built for long consideration cycles.
Not as a vendor
The instruments here are available to anyone. What they are configured to achieve, against one business, is not, and that configuration is scoped against what a business actually runs.
The technical work sits alongside the operational and commercial questions rather than downstream of them, which is why this group and the consulting practice share people, and by design. Operators are present at both ends of the crossing, managing and validating at origin and at destination.
